"I had a second comprehensive claim on something I thought should have been covered on the first claim. Allison was very helpful in helping with both claims. I paid the deductible for both claim. State Farm called today to tell me a mistake was made and I should not have had to pay the second deductible and they will refund it. This refund would not have happened without Allison’s help.
